My name is Allen DeLosa, and together with my son John, we founded American Backflow Services LLC. I have been a New York State Department of Health-certified backflow device tester since 2002, qualified to perform testing throughout New York State. Recently, I have also received the ASSE-5110 certification to provide backflow testing services in Pennsylvania.
